IT strategy is a comprehensive plan that outlines how technology should be used to meet IT and business goals. Also called an IT strategic plan, is a written document that details the multiple factors that affect the organization’s investment in and use of technology. It should cover things like technology management, cost management, people management, hardware and software management, vendor management and risk management.

- Participated in multiple IT strategy creation core teams

- Became certified in the 4 Disciplines of Execution program and trained the entire IT group on IT strategy implementation through execution excellence
